OC State Begins Graduation Plans First meeting of the new 1962 Committee on Commencement Exercises for Orange County State College's third official graduation ceremonies was held recently on the campus, College spokesmen revealed this week. Called by Commencement Coordinator Emmett T. Long, the newly-appointed group is already formulating plans for the largest Commencement ceremonies, in the three-year history of the State College.
