LEGAL NOTICES LEGAL NOTICES LEGAL NOTICE (Publish: Anaheim Gazette, March 22, 1962) ORDINANCE NO. 1457 AN ORDINANCE AMENDING SECTION 78.025 OF THE CODIFIED ORDINANCES OF THE COUNTY OF ORANGE, CALIFORNIA The Board of Supervisors of the County of Orange, California, do ordain as follows: SECTION 1. SECTION 78.025 of the Codified Ordinances of the County of Orange is hereby amended by adding thereto a Precise Plan of Highway Alignment for Blue Gum Street. Exhibit A. SECTION 2. If any section, subsection, paragraph, sentence, clause or phrase of this Ordinance is for any reason held to be unconstitutional or invalid, such decision shall not affect the validity or constitutionality of the remaining portion of this Ordinance. The Board of Supervisors hereby declares that it would have passed this Ordinance and each section, subsection, paragraph, sentence, clause or phrase thereof, irrespective of the fact that one or more of the sections, subsections, paragraphs, sentences, clauses or phrases thereof be declared unconstitutional or invalid. SECTION 3. This Ordinance shall take effect and be in full force thirty (30) days from and after its passage, and before the expiration of fifteen (15) days after the passage thereof shall be published once in the Anaheim Gazette newspaper published in the County of Orange.
