Hanna noted that delay of the bond issue could be expected also delay the Irvine Campus or the University of California. Hanna said his statement was prompted by the partisanship approach taken by the Assembli Republican caucus, which threatens to delay the state college bond issue until the November election. “I hope they will take into consideration the pressing needs of educational institutions such as Orange County State and the Irvine Campus” Hanna said.
