This curry is a delicacy of crab and shrimp simmered in a secret sauce seasoned with wine and spices of the islands... Served on a bed of rice pilaff topped with cocoanut and served with sauted pineapple... Included is a relish tray, choice of their famous CAPTAIN'S INN clam chowder or French onion soup, salad, beverage and assorted dinner mints... This is a real exciting place to dine... THE PARISCENE in Orange that very unique after-dark establishment on Main St. features a very delightful couple... Lynn Willis and Regina, this married twosome, give you songs and music in the continental manner... They have played The Sands in Vegas, many spots on Sunset Strip such as the Crescendo, did radio in Honolulu (KHON), also Nassau and the Bahamas... Regina, a beautiful blond from Europe, and her handsome husband do many show tunes and French and Italian numbers very fitting to the decor of THE PARISCENE... Their specialties are charcoal broiled steaks and a luscious variety of pancakes... The CHALET also features terrific 95c luncheon specials... One of these is broiled center cut eastern loin pork chop with tart apple sauce, whipped potatoes, garden vegetables, hot rolls and butter... Truly a taste treat...
