Sound Answers
When is a house a hedge? Today's home buyers, who are hoping their new dwellings will provide a partial hedge against inflation, are oming up with some sound answers, according to the Stucco Manufacturers Association.
Along with considerations of style and location, they know that durable and traditional materials are essential if a house is to increase in value as the years go by. One such material is stucco. Walls of colored stucco finishes, with a minifum of care, will outlast any mortgage and help keep the value of a new home abreast of price hikes in your area.
