MWD Rejects Prop Annexation Until C
Requests for annexations to the Metropolitan Water District coming from areas within its Coastal Plain service territory will continue to be accepted or rejected on the basis of their individual merits, as they affect the highest interests of all the people of the District.
This was the policy reaffirmed this week by the District's Board of Directors, acting in response to a resolution received from the Board of Water and Power Commissioners of Los Angeles.
In its resolution the Los Angeles Commission had requested that Metropolitan Water District 'reject any and all applications for annexation to the District until the Supreme Court of the United States shall have rejected the decree proposed by the Special Master in his 'Draft Report' or the 'Under Stars' Concert Series Opens Friday

Imagine these Medallion home “extras”
– at no extra cost
MRS. JACK LEVINE,
SOUTHERN CALIFORNIA HOUSEWIFE
"Building a Medallion home didn't cost us any more, but offer more in living comforts. Take this all-electric kitchen for example. I spend less time cooking because the equipment so fast and automatic. And it's so much cleaner, too. My curtains, ceiling and the range and oven stay spotless with tically no effort. Even the spatter cups on the range are remodeled for easy cleaning. I'd never want to live in any other kind of house except a Medallion home."
Only one new house in five qualifies for the Medallion — an award which guarantees you:
1. An all-electric kitchen (with range and oven) kept clean and cool by flameless cooking.
2. Housepower wiring to handle your modern electrical needs.
3. Light for living—this functional and decorate throughout your home.

Fricker expressed satisfaction in the caliber and training of the camp leaders who will lead the campers. Each period will be directed by an experience Y secretary.
