Anaheim Gazette-A3 (Anaheim, Thursday, May 5, 1960) New Trailer Club Opens in Anaheim Anaheim trailer owners are invited to join the newly organized "Anaheim Aloha Trailer Club." Members will enjoy a monthly outing with fellow "Trailerites" to various points of interest, within a 200 mile radius. A good turn-out was reported at the first meeting of the club, held last Monday at City Park. By-laws were approved, and officers and committees elected. The meeting concluded with a hamburger fry. Bergen, USNR (Ret), immediate past-president of the Navy League, and Mr. Robert Crown, national vice-president of the Navy League. The League awards are for literary achievement, for inspirational civilian leadership, for inspirational military leadership, for operational competence and for scientific and technical progress. Featured at the luncheon were the creations of Mr. Tom of Lido Fashions and the Balboa Bay Club Fashion Shop, with Mrs. A. M. Reynolds providing the comments. Smoking a cigarette in a car is all right, but taking chances while you light up is a dangerous practice, warns the Automobile Club of Southern California.
