Similar Street Sewer Improvement, consisting of the construction of a 12-inch V.C.P. sewer lateral in a small street from Cypress Avenue to approximately 450 feet east of the city, including an enclosure manhole, construction of wyes and stoppers, backfill, resurfacing, and important work as indicated on the plans, Job No. 1172.
