LEGAL NOTICE
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN THAT THE CITY COUNCIL of the CITY OF ANAHEIM will hold PUBLIC HEARINGS in the Council Chamber at the City Hall in the City of Anaheim on Tuesday, July 7, 1859, at the hour of 2:00 p.m.Clock P.M. to consider amendments to Articles D, Chapter 2 of the Anaheim Municipal Code together with changes in the boundaries of zones thereby established by removing the following described properties from the zone or zone in which they are now situated and incorporating these properties in the zones her charter indicated.
RECLASSIFICATION No. F-58-50-00
At the request of the City Council the property presently zoned as C-2, HEAVY COMMERCIAL described as the West Side of the West Half of the Southeast quarter of the Southwest quarter of Section 12, Township 4 South, Range 11 West, S.B.B. & M. and having a frontage of $91.1 feet on Bel Air Street has been set for a public hearing in order that Deed Restrictions may be established on the subject property located upon a Service Station only. The property is further described, $3291 Lincoln Avenue and at the Northeast corner of Lincoln Avenue and Bel Air Street.

PETITION submitted by EST COAST D.A.P.T.IST CHILDREN'S HOME, a Corp., as Owner, Walter Gooden, 1222 W. Lincoln, Anaheim, Calif., as Authorized Agent, requesting that the property described as being A parcel 605.55'x 234.95' on the Northeast corner of South and East Streets, and further described as Northeast corner of South and East Streets, be reclassified from R-A. RESIDENTIAL-AGRICULTURAL, and R-O. RESIDENTIAL-SOUTHWEST, to R-3. MULTIPLACE-FAMILY RESIDENTIAL ALL INTERESTED PARTIES are invited to attend said HEARINGS and express opinions for or against the proposed amendments to Article IX, Chapter 2 of the Anaheim Municipal Code and a change of the boundaries of zones thereby established by removing the above described properties from the zone or zones in which they are now situated, and incorporating them in the zone or zones above mentioned.

NOTICE OF INTENTION TO CHATTEL MORTGAGE.
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to the provisions of Section 2440.1 of the Civil Code of the State of California, that on the 1st day of July, 1959, the owner of the herein-described fixtures and equipment of that certain restaurant and on-sale and off-sale liquor business situated and located at 200 West Center Street, City of Anaheim, County of Orange, State of California, intends to place a Chattel Mortgage upon the said fixtures and equipment.
STANLEY P. MATEJKA and CATHRYN A. MATEJKA are the mortgagors of the said property, whose address is 300 West Center Street, City of Anaheim, County of Orange, State of California.

The delicious meal was planned by Mrs. Marian Garrett, head of food services, Mrs. Mary Lyan, cafeteria manager at Raymond Temple school prepared and served the plates buffet style.
Gifts were presented to Mrs.
Shirley Weaver, Mrs. Virginia Coleman and Mrs. Joyce McNeal, whose birthdays will occur during the summer vacation months. Special cakes were served for dessert in their honor.
An hilarious skit showing what the well dressed secretary and administrator will wear for all occasions through the day and into the evening was presented by Mines, Edie Unland, Michael Norton and Carolie Stieler. They were assisted by Mrs. K. Woods principal. Mrs. C. L. Wichner was commentator.
