Schools Face Big Problem of More Enrollment Here If the increase in the enrollment during the past year is any criterion of enrollment next year, Anaheim secondary schools will be filled to capacity. An increase of 48 percent was noted for last year and it is well to believe the next year will bring as many pupils or more. At the last meeting of secondary school district trustees, Paul Demaree, superintendent, said the board to approve purchase of 16 quonset huts from the Hogia Housing Project Company at San Pedro. These units will used temporarily at the school, Western Junior High School, the Brookhurst School. Mr. Demaree stated the school district is two years behind schedule in their building program.
