Frederick L. Luce Passes on Monday Frederick L. Luce, 85, a resident of California for 73 years and of Anaheim for six years, died Monday evening at the family home, 119 Cherry street, after an extended illness. He is survived by one daughter, Mrs. Naomi R. Le-Mon of Anaheim, one brother, David Luce of Mass, a niece, Mrs. Charlotte Dittlevon of South Gate; a nephew, William E. Clark of Whittier and other nieces and nephews in the east. He was affiliated with the Jebovah Witnesses, and was a member of the Odd Fellows Lodge No. 109 of Anaheim. ANAHEIM BOY GRADUATES FROM MEDICAL FIELD SERVICE SCHOOL Pvt. Richard P. Larouche, 19, son of Mrs. Rena L. Larouch, 1403 California pl., Anaheim, recently graduated from the Medical Field Service School's dental laboratory course at Fort Sam Houston, Texas. Private Larouche, a 1954 graduate of Anaheim High School, entered the Army in November 1954 and completed basic training at Fort Ord, Calif. He has received orders assigning him to Fort McPherson, Ga. It's a boy for Mr. and Mrs. Gayle G. VFW Auxiliary Observes Birthday The twentieth birthday of the local auxiliary of Veterans of Foreign Wars, Post 3173; will be celebrated on Monday evening at a potluck supper in the City Park.
