Curtice, president, announced today. Curtice also announced that new car sales by General Motors dealers during the second 10 days of May reached an all-time high for that period and were the second highest for any 10-day period in the company's history. Sales for 1955 through May 20 set a new record for that period of any year. New car sales during the second 10 days of May by GM dealers totaled 123,601, or 133.7 percent of the total for the same period in 1954.
