RESOLUTION OF INTENTION NO. 21
RESOLUTION OF THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE STANTON COUNTY WATER DISTRICT, ORANGE COUNTY, CALIFORNIA, DECLARING ITS INTENTION TO ORDER THE CONSTRUCTION OF SANITARY SEWERS IN ASSESSMENT DISTRICT NO. 1, STANTON COUNTY WATER DISTRICT; DECLARING THE WORK TO BE OF MORE THAN LOCAL OR ORDINARY PUBLIC BENEFIT, AND DESCRIBING THE DISTRICT TO BE BENEFITED BY SAID WORK AND TO PAY THE COSTS AND EXPENSES, AND FIXING A TIME AND PLACE FOR HEARING OBJECTIONS TO SAID WORK.
The Board of Directors of the STANTON COUNTY WATER DISTRICT, Orange County, California, pursuant to the provisions of Chapter 3, Part 6, Division 12 of the Water Code of the State of California, and pursuant to the provisions of the "Improvement Act of 1911", being Division 7 of the Streets and Highway Code of the State of California, DOES RESOLVE AS FOLLOWS:
DESCRIPTION OF WORK
SECTION 1: That the public interest and convenience require, and it is the intention of the Board of Directors of the STANTON COUNTY WATER DISTRICT, Orange County, California, to order the following work to be done, to-wit:
First: The construction of vitrified clay pipe sanitary sewers, vitrified clay pipe house connection sewers, manholes, modified manhole, wyes, and appurtenant work in connection therewith; in

PLANS, PROFILES, DRAWINGS AND SPECIFICATIONS.
SECTION 2: That all of the said work and improvement to be done shall be constructed upon the grades, along the lines, between the points, of the dimensions, at the places and in the manner shown on the plans, profiles and drawings for the construction of said improvements in Assessment District No. 1, STANTON COUNTY WATER DISTRICT, consisting of 15 sheets, on file in the office of the Secretary of said District, and except as otherwise provided on said plans, in further accordance with the specifications for the construction of said improvements, said specifications being on file in the office of the Secretary of said District and to which plans,
in the opinion of the said Board of Directors is, if more than local or ordinary public benefit, and the said Board of Directors hereby makes the expenses of the said work and improvement chargeable upon a district, which said district the said Board of Directors hereby declares to be the district benefited by said work and improvement and to be assessed to pay the costs and expenses thereof, and which district is described as follows:
All that certain territory of the STANTON COUNTY WATER DISTRICT, Orange County, California, included within the exterior boundary lines shown on Sheet No. 1 of said plans heretofore approved by the Board of Directors on the 14th day of October, 1954, indicating by said boundary line the extent of the territory included within the proposed assessment district, and which map or plat is on file in the office of the Secretary of said District. EXCEPTING from the area shown within and delineated on said map or plat, hereinabove referred to, the area of all public streets, avenues, lanes, roads, drives, courts, places, public parks, and all easements and rights of way therein contained belonging to the public, including alleys, now in use in the performance of a public function. Reference is hereby made to said map or plat for a further, full and more particular description of the said assessment district, and the said map or plat so on file shall govern for all details as to the extent of the said assessment district.

PUBLICATION OF RESOLUTION OF INTENTION
SECTION 7: That the "ANAHEIM GAZETTE", a weekly newspaper, printed, published and of general circulation in the County of Orange, State of California, is hereby designated as the newspaper in which this Resolution of Intention shall be published by the Secretary, in the manner and form provided by law, and for making all other publications of the proceedings under this Resolution of Intention. This Board does hereby find and determine that there is no daily, semi-weekly, or weekly assessment roll for District taxes, all in the manner and form provided for under Sections 5070, 5194 and 5195 of the said "Improvement Act of 1911" of the said Streets and Highways Code.
POSTING OF NOTICE OF IMPROVEMENT
SECTION 6: That the Engineer of the District shall cause to be conspicuously posted along the line of said contemplated work or improvement and along all open streets within the District liable to be assessed for said work, notices of the passage of this Resolution of Intention in the time, manner and form provided by said Code.
PASSED AND ADOPTED by the Board of Directors of the STANTON COUNTY WATER DISTRICT, Orange County, California, at an adjourned regular meeting thereof held this 14th day of October, 1954.

SECTION 7: That the "ANAHEIM GAZETTE", a weekly newspaper, printed, published and of general circulation in the County of Orange, State of California, is hereby designated as the newspaper in which this Resolution of Intention shall be published by the Secretary, in the manner and form provided by law, and for making all other publications of the proceedings under this Resolution of Intention. This Board does hereby find and determine that there is no daily, semi-weekly, or weekly newspaper published and circulated within this district, and does for that reason elect and determine to cause all publication of proceedings under this Resolution of Intention to be published in the said "ANAHEIM GAZETTE".
The Secretary is directed to mail notices of the adoption of this Resolution of Intention to all persons owning real property proposed to be assessed, whose names and addresses appear on the last equaliz.
