Take it from Chef Milan, a TV veteran, the public can spot a phony personality on a TV screen as quickly as it takes to snap on the show. Only, after thoroughly reading the booklet and approving its contents, did the Chef decide to make two announcements. The first mall delivery brought in over 10,000 requests and made it necessary to order a reprinting of the booklet. The Chef is quite a showman too. Often, while waiting for a pot to boil, he will throw himself into a dance step or drag out an old battered mandolin and knock off a solo. He opens his program each day with an Italian aria, usually off key, but real loud and enchantful like.
