The body recovered was identified as that of James Harold Aure, 28, a brakeman. Robert Rowen a NWP brakeman, found the body trapped in the cab. The bodies of D. G. Liscom engineer, and T. R. Tom Kuchel To Speak in LA. Los Angeles Republicans, celebrating Lincon's birthday all night week, beginning Monday, scheduled Anaheim's Sen. Thomas H. Kuchel as the speaker. Bowing to the big city's triumph problem, the GOP central committee has decentralized the annual celebration, scheduling dinner and luncheons throughout county's 12 congressional districts rather than in a single downtown location. Also on the speaking schedule are Sen. Goldwater of Arizona, Angles Reps. Pat Hillings, Norris Poulson, Gerald B. (Mich.), William S. Hill (Co.) and Page Belcher (Okla.). Sen. Anaheim Girl Given Top Rifle Shooting Rating WASHINGTON, D.C.—The Distinguished Rifleman Medal, top rating in junior shooting, has gone to Linnette Marie Blanchard, 16, daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Elton Eugene Blanchard, 420 S. Melrose st., Anaheim, the National Rifle Association announced here today. A member of the Colonist Girls Rifle club, Miss Blanchard first began shooting three and one-half years ago. Since then she has hurdled 14 lower rankings to enter the select group of top junior shooters of the nation. Miss Blanchard is a junior at Anaheim Union High school. Instructor of the Colonist Girls Rifle club is-Cora M. Watters. It is estimated that the average disposable personal income for each person in the United States in 1951 was $1451, but that this income was only $782 in dollars of the 1935-39 value.
