They are proud of the part they have taken in fostering home ownership in Anaheim. To quote Herbert Hoover: "The home owner has a constructive aim in life. He works harder outside his own home; he spends his leisure time more profitably, and he and his family live a finer life and enjoy more of the comforts and cultivating influences of our modern civilization." It is estimated that approximately 70 per cent of all families in Anaheim occupy their own homes. This is greatly above the national average of 55 per cent. The members of the Anaheim Realty Board take this opportunity of inviting all groups and individuals interested in financing, construction, furnishing, maintenance and ownership of homes to join with them in recognition of this great symbol of American enterprise. Appropriately enough, National Home Week ends on Constitution Day, September 16. Bound to a Code of Ethics, Realtors are members of the National Association of Real Estate Boards, their State Association and their local board. "BE SURE—CALL A REALTOR" ANAHEIM REALTY BOARD
