Barber Shop, Realtor, Liquor Store Prepare for Trade in New Building It's a new business section for the south end of Los Angeles st. Grand opening of a new building, housing a barber shop, a realtor's office and a liquor store takes place tomorrow. The new building whose doors are numbered 546, 546½ and 548 S. Los Angeles st., is owned by Ron DeMille and Irv Sitterding. The R'denour Construction of Corona del Mar completed construction a week ago. DeMille and Sitterding operate Ron and Irv's Barbershop at the 546 S. Los Angeles address. Both have practiced tonsorially in Anaheim before. Together their experience in the barber business runs to nearly a quarter of a century. They've fitted their new shop with the ultimate in modern facilities. Specialties of the house, according to DeMille, will be haircuts for ladies and children. Exchange of larger properties, such as groves, ranches, motels and apartments, is the speciality of realter Ray Hatfield who opens his office at 548 S. Los Angeles. Hatfield also handles all other types of real estate. Real estate is his present exclusive stock in trade, however, he plans in time to add a public stenographer and insurance to his offering. Hatfield, until the opening of his new office last week, was with another Anaheim realtor. Prior to that time, he spent 13 years in the West Hollywood area. Hatfield manifests considerable faith in the future development of Anaheim and the whole of Orange county and cites his intention to grow with the rapidly expanding area. Lawrence and Frank Donaldson operate the new liquor store at 546½ S. Los Angeles st. They call it the "Jigger." For their customers 9 a.m., to midnight on Saturdays. The brother-partners Donaldson came originally to California from Washington, Lawrence to Santa Monica and Frank to Long Beach. With the opening of their Los Angeles st., establishment each has moved to Anaheim.
