Methodist Church Group Attending Camp Seeley
Fourteen junior high students from White Temple Methodist church in Anaheim are attending the Christian Adventure camp being conducted this week at Camp Seeley near Crestline and Lake Gregory by the Southern California-Arizona Conference Board of Education of the Methodist church. Three members of the camp faculty are also attending from Anaheim.
Mrs. Eleanor Gilbreth, Minister of Education at White Temple and a member of the Conference committee on Intermediate Work, is serving as the hostess and head counsellor at Camp Seeley, in charge of 218 students in the 12-14 year age group. Nan Moore, director of Girls' Work for the Anaheim YMCA, is in charge of the Worship group at camp, and Avon Carlson, agriculture teacher at Anaheim Union high school, is also on the teaching staff. Students attending from White Temple are: Linda Galloway, Jack Dierberger, Robert Stoll, Betty Dierbeger, Kay Schmitt, Jim Dierberger, Sherryl David, Jerry Goodchild, Dixie Heffern, Jerrold David, Linda Heffern, Zoe Fort, Cherrie Goff and Martha McConaghy.

Creative projects in the field of world understanding are worked out through music, drama, worship, art, etc.

Pescaderos Get 25 Albacore
The score was 32 albacore hooked, 25 landed and seven lost yesterday at the close of the Pescadores' regular Wednesday fishing hunt aboard the Sarta Sarta out of Port Orange.
Bill Wallop and Sully Roquet continue to lead the fish missers so far. Pescadores who hook 'em and lose 'em have contributed 31 dollars in fines toward their prospective season-end banquet. Going rate on albacore is 50 cents a piece. Other fish cost a dime.
Fred Beck copped the jackpot yesterday when he hauled in a 26 pound albacore. Beck caught four during the day afloat. Sully Roquet, O. Roquet, Bob Williams and Ernie Johnson each got three.
Four of the 15 nimrods came home empty-handed.
FULLERTON MECHANIC INVENTS PEACH-PITTER
Larry Waters, master mechanic at Hunt Foods' Fullerton plant, recently invented a peach re-pitter which, after rigid tests, has been accepted by the company, C. W. Froehlich, vice president in charge of plant operations revealed.
This machine removes any split pits that may cling to the peach after passing through the halving and pitting process. It is so designed that the split pit is removed without marring the fine texture of the fresh peach.
In previous years split pits were removed by manual operation or use of inadequate equipment.
