Flores In Return Fight With McFarland Hard-punching Sal Flores has a return engagement with Morrie McFarland Friday when the two middleweights meet in the semifinal at the Hollywood Legion stadium. The Anaheim fighter eked out a close decision two weeks ago in a free-swinging four rounder over McFarland. Flores has been tabbed by the be-whiskered Baron Von Stume in his weekly news blurb as "Anahems gift to the boxing world" and rated his last fight as "one of the best bouts held at the stadium in recent months and further establishing the classy boy from Anaheim as a main-eventer of the future." In the ten round feature at the Peroxide Palace, Jackie Blair, stadium veteran takes on the up-and-coming Rudy Vasquez who will be making his main event debut.
