Santa Ana, the caravan will come to Anaheim for an inspection of the packing operations of the Anaheim Cooperative Orange Association, then leave Orange county via Fullerton and Brea.
Enroute to San Bernardino where they will board the train to continue the trek, the visitors will visit the Exchange By-Products plant at Ontario.
A former resident of Santa Ana and Anaheim, Pierce was in charge of the highly detailed arrangements for the caravan of automobiles furnished through the California Farm Bureau which will transport the visitors from Berkeley on the two day trip to end in San Bernardino.
Promote Good Will
In addition to transportation and food for the group, interpreters will be provided by the farm bureau. This project is in accord with the promoting of good will between agricultural producers of the world as represented by the members of the International Federation of Agricultural Producers on tour, remarked Pierce.
The tour began following a convention in Canada, moved south into the United States from Vancouver, B. C. It will conclude at Washington, D. C., following visits to the states of Texas, Iowa, Illinois, Maryland and New Jersey.
Bureau Hosts
The Orange County Farm Bureau is endeavoring to provide a host for each member of the group during Friday's visit. Each host will be asked to treat his foreign acquaintance of the day to lunch.
Farmers and their wives who are on the tour represent, among other countries, Iceland, Sweden, Norway, Germany, Switzerland, the Netherlands, England and the British colonies, New Zealand, Australia, China, Japan, India, North and South Africa, Canada, France and French provinces.

Kenney Method For Polio Cases Now Offered
Availability of facilities for the Kenney treatment for poliomyelitis victims at the Dr. Billig Clinic, 400 South Hill street, Los Angeles, was announced this week by J. W. Stephens, co-chairman of the Anaheim committee.
“This clinic offers the complete Sister Elizabeth Kenney method of treatment and funds that have been contributed locally are available for this treatment upon approval of the Anaheim committee,” continued Stephens.
“There still exists a heed for a trained nurse and funds are also available to train at least one Anaheim nurse in the full Kenney technique,” stated Bob Williams, treasurer of the Anaheim group.
Additional information regarding this training or the treatments can be obtained by contacting J. W. Stephens, at the Anaheim office of Burrows Escrow Service, or Bob Williams, Anaheim Bank of America.
