Two-Day Realty Confab Underway Nationally known realtor-educators are attending the two-day educational and sales conference at the Community Center, 1104 West Eighth street, Santa Ana, which began this morning at 9 o'clock. It is being sponsored by the California Real Estate Association for the benefit of members of the Anaheim Realty board and other neighboring boards. Heading the faculty of dignitaries is Fred B. Mitchell of San Diego. FRED B. MITCHELL ego, president of the state association. A 6:30 o'clock banquet at the center will climax today's (Thursday) program. At this time Dr. Elmer E. Nelson of Los Angeles will discuss "Future Trends in Real Estate." Experts in specialized fields of real estate activity are participating. One member is Col. William H. Evans of Long Beach, one of the authors of the National Housing Faculty for these conferences. W. R. Watson is in charge of enrollment in the conference for the Anaheim board. Friday's program will begin at 9 o'clock in the morning. Wm. Klausing Claimed By Death William Klausing, 83 years of age, passed away at the home at 8391 Sunkist Avenue, on Monday, May 17. Born in Troy, Illinois, he had resided in Anaheim since 1899 and had lived on the ranch, where he passed away, since 1901 which area he helped to develop. Surviving are his wife, Dora Klausing of the home; a son, Henry of Anaheim, and a daughter, Mrs. Gertrude Clasen of Anaheim. The deceased was a member of Zion Lutheran church. Funeral services will be held Friday afternoon at Zion Lutheran church at 2 o'clock with the Rev. L. E. Eifert, pastor, officiating. Interment will be in Anaheim cemetery. Backs, Campbell and Kaulbars mortuary is in charge of all arrangements. Former Anaheim Resident Dies Max William Junge, a resident of Anaheim from 1911 until 1920 when he moved to Monrovia 27 years ago, passed away at the Monrovia hospital on Wednesday of this week. He was born in Silver Creek, Wis. The deceased was a member of Sons of Herman. Surviving are a son, W. F. Junge of Monrovia; a daughter, Mrs. Jake Rheingans of Sanger, Cal., and one grandson. Smith passed away suddenly at her home at 917 N. Kellet street last Tuesday. Born New Cambria, Kansas, 60 years ago, she had resided in Anaheim the past seven years.
