'England' Topic of Sorority Guest Wartime and post-war conditions in England were discussed by Miss Beryl Cole, an exchange teacher from Bristol, England, now with the Fullerton elementary school system, who spoke before members of the Tau chapter, Beta Sigma Phi sorority, Monday evening in the home of the new president, Miss Marjorie Pibel, 204 North Helena street. Introduced by Mrs. Alice Myers, the guest speaker described the evacuation of school children from London during World War II, and the system of food rationing set up in wartime and in effect now. MRS. ARTHUR MAY fresh strawberry sundae, cake, coffee and candies were served by the hostess. Present other than those mentioned above were Helen Sharp, Dorothy Gerlich, Beulah Hineman, Anna Claire Mauerhan, Milfred Mauerhan, Irene Holland, Louise Miller, Alice Myers, Josephine Chance, Laura Porter, Gretchen Varner and Marjorie Harris.
