Barrie's famous "Quality Street", was presented under the sponsorship of Anaheim Union high school Parent-Teachers association tri-starring Miss Ruth Phelps, drama coach; Mrs. Mary Thompson, speech instructor, and Paul H. Demaree, principal, last night, Wednesday. Miss Phelps directed the benefit four-act comedy. SIxty County Men Enter Army During October Sixty Orange county men were enlisted in the new Regular Army at the local recruiting office, 2024 West 3rd street, Santa Ana, it was announced by First Lt. Edward F. Tully, local recruiting officer. The Army has a new War Department order authorizing enlistment of ex-service Marines, Navy and Coast Guard in grade appropriate to job held in former service.
