MARCHING FEET
Anaheim's own National Guard, Company K, will soon be part of the United States Army. In the next few weeks they will leave home for a year's stay in a regular army camp. This call to active duty comes after four postponements and most of the men will welcome the command to "Fall in."
Anaheim is proud of Company K. We are proud to again be able, in the cause of national defense, to send such a fine and well officered group into the armed forces of the country. Among these men are some of the finest specimens of American manhood. They deserve, and have, the fullest support that this city can give.
Many veterans of the A. E. F. and Spanish-American war have their eyes on these young men. They are quietly watching as these new troops go about their duties, or in quest of excitement in their time "on leave" and many memories are stirred that have lain dormant for years. History is in the making and is repeating.
Hats off to Company K and may the best of luck follow them always. Anaheim is proud of her own.

The 275-Pound Aga Khan to get his weight in diamonds. How 70,000,000 optimistic Mohammedans are now busy collecting $25,000,000 in gems for the jubilee of their already rich spiritual leader, who ordinarily gets his poundage each year in gold. Read of this fabulous and fascinating personality, and why his followers worship him as told in The American Weekly, the magazine distributed with next week's LOS ANGELES EXAMINER.—Adv.
