LEGAL NOTICE ORDINANCE NO. 608 AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF ANAHEIM GRANTING A SPECIAL PERMIT TO CONSTRUCT A DENTAL OFFICE. THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ANAHEIM DOES ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS: WHEREAS, Charles V. Schutz heretofore filed with the City Planning Commission of the City of Anaheim his verified petition, asking that a special permit be granted to him for the purpose of building a dental office on Lot 1, Block G. New Subdivision of Vineyard; Lot D-5 in accordance with the provisions of Section 3 of Ordinance No. 511, and, WHEREAS, at a meeting of the City Planning Commission held on the 22nd day of April, 1937, the City Planning Commission of the City of Anaheim, after investigating all of the facts, made its findings of fact as follows: 1. That there are special cirwhereas, the City Council of the City of Anaheim has considered said report, and has thoroughly and fairly investigated the facts in relation to said property, and from said investigation, the City Council of the City of Anaheim finds: 1. That there are special circumstances and condition in favor of granting a special permit. 2. That such exception to the present zoning restrictions is necessary for the preservation and enjoyment of a substantial property right of the petitioner. 3. That the granting of such exception will not be materially detrimental to the public welfare, or injurious to the property or improvements in the zone or district in which the property in question is located. NOW, THEREFORE, IT IS ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ANAHEIM that a special permit be and the same is hereby granted to Charles V.
