LEGAL NOTICE ORDINANCE NO. 607 AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF ANAHEIM APPROPRIATING MONEY FOR ADVERTISING PURPOSES. THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ANAHEIM DOES ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS: That there be and there is hereby appropriated the sum of Four Thousand ($4000.00) Dollars, to be used by the City of Anaheim for publicity, advertising, music and promotion for the year 1937-1938, said money to be expended for said purposes by order of the City Council of the City of Anaheim at such times as the same is required for the purposes hereinbefore mentioned. The City Clerk shall cause this ordinance to be published once in the Anaheim Gazette, a weekly newspaper published and circulated in the City of Anaheim, and shall take effect thirty (30) days after its final passage. The foregoing ordinance is signed and approved by me this 11th day of May, 1937. LEGAL NOTICE ORDINANCE NO. 608 AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF ANAHEIM GRANTING A SPECIAL PERMIT TO CONSTRUCT A DENTAL OFFICE. THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ANAHEIM DOES ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS: WHEREAS, Charles V. Schutz heretofore filed with the City Planning Commission of the City of Anaheim his verified petition, asking that a special permit be granted to him for the purpose of building a dental office on Lot 1, Block G. New Subdivision of Vineyard; Lot D-5 in accordance with the provisions of Section 3 of Ordinance No. 511, and, WHEREAS, at a meeting of the City Planning Commission held on the 22nd day of April, 1937, the City Planning Commission of the City of Anaheim, after investigating all of the facts, made its findings of fact as follows: 1. That there are special cirwhereas, the City Council of the City of Anaheim has considered said report, and has thoroughly and fairly investigated the facts in relation to said property, and from said investigation, the City Council of the City of Anaheim finds: 1. That there are special circumstances and condition in favor of granting a special permit. 2. That such exception to the present zoning restrictions is necessary for the preservation and enjoyment of a substantial property right of the petitioner. 3. That the granting of such exception will not be materially detrimental to the public welfare, or injurious to the property or improvements in the zone or district in which the property in question is located. NOW, THEREFORE, IT IS ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ANAHEIM that a special permit be and the same is hereby granted to Charles V. Schutz for the purpose of erecting and constructing a building, to be used as a dental office according to plans submitted the Planning Commission, and for no other purpose, except residential purposes, upon Lot-1, Block G. New Subdivision of Vineyard Lot D-5 in accordance with the provision of Section 3 of Ordinance No. 511. The City Clerk shall certify to the passage of this ordinance, and cause the same to be printed and published once in the Anaheim Gazette, a newspaper of general circulation, printed, published and circulated in said City, and this day (30) days from and after its final passage, it shall take off and be in full force.
