WESTOVI I noticed by the Orange county papers that there is quite a agitation relative to a county government for Orange county urged such a plan some years in Orange county as one measure of reducing the tax burden. This is no real reason why a county small and compact as is Orange county cannot successfully a city-county government and stead of having many governmen have only one. There is only city-county government in state of California and that is Francisco, and such plan has found eminently successful there is a sufficient desire or part of residents of Orange city to reduce taxes, this is on the most logical ways to about such reduction. Church to Receive Pastor's Property The Catholic church will receive the bulk of the $90,000 estate left by the late Rev. Father Patrick Browne, former pastor of St. Boniface church here.
