Plans are now under way for the installation of the display, depicting the resources and beauty spots of this county, in the great structure that will house the exhibits of scores of counties, and graphic reviews of numerous state department activities. This is the opinion of E. Raymond Cato, chief of California Highway Patrol, who calls attention to the fact that reckless drivers can be punished by county jail sentences of not more than 90 days or by fines of not more than $250, or both fine and imprisonment. If bodily injury results from reckless driving the convicted reckless driver faces a county jail term of not more than six months or a fine of not more than $500, or both jail term and fine.
