Pep Boys Stocks Offer Solution Gift Problems Offering practical answers to many gift problems, The Pep Boys of California this week open their big Christmas sales drive with complete displays of useful and welcome gifts. Indications are that this will be the biggest December in Pep Boys history, according to Murray Rosenfeld, general manager of the California organization. "There's no such thing as a 'gift problem' in our stores," Mr. Rosenfeld said this week. "There are literally hundreds of very practical, beautiful gifts. Any motorist delights in accessories which improve the appearance and performance of his car, or that add to safety and comfort in driving. And of course, there are also many gifts that would appeal to anyone, motorist or not.
