QUALITY OR PRICE — WHICH?
You may wonder why the first cost of an India tire is slightly higher than the average tire on the market today, but after it has given you its customary service you wonder why it costs so little. This is the final decision of all India users, states Mr. West of West Brothers, local India distributors.
The India Cord can be expected to stay in service longer than ordinary tires. Each one is built with very definite specifications in the minds of the men who build it.
The human element is a very vital factor in India tire construction. And throughout India factories the human side of tire making takes preference over even the precision of highly efficient machines.
India tires are custom built. Not a shoddy piece of material, reclaimed rubber or any other kind of adulterant or inferior substitute ever finds its way into an India product.
For every India tire there is an equally fine True-Blue (heat-proof) inner tube. Such a combination will provide the utmost in tire satisfaction and economy.
A modern tire so well balanced and carefully made as to give long uninterrupted service. It is this worry-free mileage that is attracting increasingly large numbers of car owners to the India Cord.
The India Tire Company has announced a substantial reduction in the price of India tires, so the motorist may now buy the famous India tire at as low a price as "second grade or so-called gyrp tires were formerly sold."
West Brothers are always glad to show the India tire to you and explain its qualities. Do not feel that you are obligated to buy. They will appraise your old tires and take them in on new tires purchased.
West Brothers, local India dealers, always carry a large stock of all sizes of tires, and can give you prompt service in delivery of any size you desire at all times. They are located at 112-116 West Chestnut street, Anaheim, and at 308-310 East Third street, Santa
July 31 Last Day For Registration
Saturday, July 31, is the last day to register for the August primary election. So far, according to the books in the office of County Clerk J. M. Backs, 38,000 voters have signified their intention of casting ballots, but there are several thousand more who are expected to qualify this week.
The county clerk again called attention to the fact that in order to register a preference in partisan races, the voter must be registered with one of the principal parties. If a voter fails to give his party allegiance, he cannot vote on races where party candidates are presented. The thing to do, if the voter does desire to vote in such contests, Backs said, is to change his registration.
County offices are not partisan. All state and national contests, such as governor, lieutenant-governor, United States senator and United States representative are partisan. Backs said.
According to historic research, the girls in the kindom of Israel wore their hair bobbed too, which again goes to show that there is nothing as new as it looks.
