Jackie Coogan and his wonderful picture entitled "Long the King," will say their good-bye to Anaheim theater after the last evening performance as the California theater night. Robinson Meets Sec'Y. HUGHES
WASHINGTON, Jan 2—Henry M. Robinson of California, who is to be associated with Charles G. Dawes and Owen Young in the new reparations investigation in Paris, conferred with Secretary of State Hughes today.

ATLANTA, Jan. 2.—Looking toward possible disinterment of the Ku Klux Klan, Edward Y. Clarke, part organizer and one-time imperial wizard of the organization, today issued an immortal proclamation calling for a meeting of officials from every plan in the United States here, Feb. 26.
The congress, Clarke declared, became necessary because of the lawless element" which has sprung up within the ranks of the klan.

WILLIAMS LOWEST LIVERMORE BIDDER
WASHINGTON, Jan. 2.—Howard S. Williams of San Francisco is apparently the lowest bidder for the $1,000,000 hospital at Livermore, Calif., for disabled veterans, it was announced today.
The Latourrette-Fical Co. of Sacramento submitted the lowest bid for heating, plumbing and electrical equipment. The contracts have not been let, however.
Brig.-General Frank T. Hines, director of the bureau, is now completing surveys for additional hospital facilities at San Fernando, and at Aspinwall, Pa., near Pittsburgh.
