NEW YORKER BUYS SCHINDLER RANCH William Mayer of New York has purchased the Henry Schindler ranch on Cerritos-ave south of Anaheim, and is moving onto the place today. The sale was made thru the James E. Stewart Reality Co. Mr. Mayer has toured the state, and says that Anaheim is the best place he has found. Mr. Stewart says he will soon be a full-fledged orange grower. BUYS SIMONIZING PLANT The Simonizing plant in the rear of 139 So. Los Angeles-st has been purchased from N.C. Halberg by C.H. Warrington, who has taken charge of the plant, and will be glad to welcome all the former customers and new ones as well. He has retained the same patter, Ralph Jones. Mr. Harrington purchased the plant with a view of taking his father-in-law, A.M. Barnett, into the business. Mr. Barnett is now in Idaho. BABY IRENE MILLER BURIED Funeral services for little Margaret Irene Miller, aged 3½ years, whose death occurred yesterday morning at ten o'clock, were held today at 3 p.m., in St. Boniface Catholic church, in charge of W.-S. Huddle, funeral director. Rev. Brown officiated. Burial occurred in Holy Cross cemetery. Santa Fe Lease SANTA FE LEASE, May 26. (Spl.)
