Of the grand total, $155,444,180 will go for acquiring right on way.
In all, 282 miles of multi-lane freeway, 25.2 miles of multi-lane expressways and 37.6 miles of two-lane expressways will be built next year.

2 Anaheim Men On Barry's Team
An Anaheim businessman and a real estate developer with headquarters here are among the three men named to lead the county's Californians for Goldwater committee.
They are Coulson Morris — Electra Motors Co. president, who will be chairmen of the group, and John B. Kilroy, who will serve as co-vice-chairman. Robert S. Barnes, Santa Ana attorney is the other co-vice chairman.
The appointments were made by former Sen. William Knowland, who said other county committee members will be appointed at a later date.
Morris, state campaign manager for Joseph Shell's campaign for the governorship in 1961, is a past chairman of the county's Republican Central Committee. Barnes is now a central committee member and was county campaign manager for Knowland's 1958 bid for the governorship.
In announcing the appointments, Knowland predicted that a California delegation casting its first-ballot vote for Goldwater would have a decisive effect in securing the GOP presidential nomination for the Arizona senator.
Some early Goldwater for President boosters in the county, however, have been reported as being irate over one of the appointments, that of Robert Barnes.
Principal basis for the criticism is the fact that Barnes is a law partner of Bruce Sumner, a declared candidate for the GOP state senatorial nomination.
