Huge, 167-Acre Complex Planned For Anaheim Area A multi-million dollar "Four City Center," constituting one of the largest current commercial projects in Southern California, will be developed immediately on a strategically-located 167-acre site in Orange County, Appel-Slaten Development Company of Los Angeles announced today. The commercially-zoned property, recently acquired by Appel-Slaten for $4.25 million in private funds from Federal Bankruptcy Court is within the City of Orange and is almost equi-distant from the downtown areas of Santa Ana, Anaheim and Garden Grove.
