Anaheim Men Attend Club At a meeting in Fullerton Toastmasters Club No. 3060, Bill Rheem, of Fullerton, was acclaimed "Best Speaker" of the evening. Bill Rheem's topic was "Financial Responsibility or Bust." He elaborated on the necessity of practicing the same kind of financial responsibility in government as one practices at home. Other speakers were Ed Golden, La Mirada; Cy Pierce, Downey; and George Elias, of Anaheim. John Patchen, of Fullerton, was Toastmaster of the evening. Jim Palin presented "Table Topics" which was won by Glen Blackwood. Joe Akins, of La Mirada, was the chief evaluator. Charlie Wright, of Whittier, served as chairman for president Bob Johnson, of Anaheim, who is on vacation.
