Utt Pension Bill . . . (Continued from Page 1) vate retirement plans by allowing them to be treated as their own employers and employees. In commenting on the bill, Utt said: "In order to reverse the trend toward Socialism I feel we must do everything possible in line with the incentives of free enterprise. This bill is designed to give such an incentive to people to establish their own retirement plans without depending upon government." A number of important changes are proposed in the Utt bill. It eliminates all proposed restrictions on corporate pension plans covering so-called "owner employees." It does not require a self-employed person to include his employees under the plan unless they are more than three in number, excluding part-time or seasonal employees. It modifies the severe limitations of the Senate bill on the amount of contributions which can be made on behalf of owner-employees (i.e., sole proprietors and partners having more than a 10 percent interest in the business). It bases the self-employed individual's contribution on the amount of his "self-employment earnings" rather than on his "earned income" from the business. He Is Manager of Supermarket Here GEORGE K. Gardeners commonly ask what difference there is planting delphinium seedlings and in planting field-grow clumps. The difference lies in the amount and time of blooms that you get during the first year. Field grown clumps will often give three flushes of bloom between late spring and early summer. Gardeners commonly ask what difference there is in planting delphinium seedlings and in planting field-grown clumps. The difference lies in the amount and time of bloom that you get during the first year. Field grown clumps often give three flushes of bloom between late spring and late fall. The most you can hope for from seedings is two-one in summer, one in fall. An added bonus, clumps produce more spikes of color per plant. Seedlings are less expensive, though, so take your choice. 1961 FOREST LAWN MEMORIAL PARK Club Sponsors Square Dances for Youngsters In the suggestion of mothers and fathers, the Anaheim Lions has broadened its square program to accommodate young people, ages 10 through 24.
