Ken R. Edwards, radioman third class, USN, son of Mr. and Mrs. Kenneth C. Edwards of 2137 Romneya Dr., is now serving aboard the attack aircraft carrier USS Coral Sea, operating with the Seventh Fleet in the Western Pacific.
Henry H. Acevedo, machinery repairman fireman apprentice, USN, son of Mr. and Mrs. Steve M. Acevedo of 409 S. Rose St., is now serving aboard the attack aircraft carrier USS Saratoga, operating with the Sixth Fleet in the Mediterranean.
Navy Warrant Officer Wesley B. Stanfill of 1872 W. Chanticleer Rd. is serving aboard the dock landing ship USS Cabildo, operating out of Long Beach.

An Anaheim man's driver's license "has been placed on probation," says a Garden Grove newspaper. We can only hope that the behavior of the license will henceforth be exemplary.
She’s Chairman Of ‘Heart Sunday’
Mrs. Paul J. Ovando, wife of a Fullerton thoracic surgeon, has been named 1961 Orange County Heart Sunday chairman by Dr. David L. Nielsen of Newport Beach, president of the Orange County Heart Association.
Heart Sunday is a highpoint of the nationwide four-week Heart Fund campaign and will be observed in 1961 on February 26.
A native of Rockville Center, Long Island, N.Y., Mrs. Ovando served as a registered nurse in Lenox Hill Hospital, New York City, after graduating from Hunter College.
Although now absorbed with home and children, she devotes afflicted on a volunteer basis, much of her time to the ill and As county chairman, with her regional chairmen — Mrs. Eva Boston, Mrs. John Salyer and Mrs. Duncan Stewart—she will select, train and lead the many volunteers who will be needed to carry out the Heart Sunday drive.

Attention is directed to Section 7-1.01G of the Standard Specifications providing for employment of apprentices on the work.
