NOTICE OF TRUSTEE'S SALE
No. 14838
On August 6, 1960, at 9:00 o'clock A.M., as the Main entrance of the Court House in the City of Santa Ana, California, LOS ANGELES TITLE AND ABSTRACT CORPORATION, as Trustee under the deed of trust made by GEORGE ALBERT HULBERT and RUTH L. HULBERT, husband and wife, and recorded July 7, 1959, in Book 4788, Page 10 of Official Records of Orange County, California, by reason of breach of certain obligations secured thereby, notice of which was recorded March 25, 1960, in Book 5165, Pages 805 of said Office Record, LOS ANGELES TITLE AND ABSTRACT CORPORATION, as Trustee, will sell at public auction to the highest bidder for cash, payable in lawful money of the United States at the time of sale, without warranty as to title, possession or encumbrances, the interest conveyed to and now held by said trustee under said deed of trust, in and to the following described property, located in the County of Orange State of California, to-wit:
LOT 59, Tract 1951, as per map recorded in Book 63, Pages 4 and 5 of Miscellaneous Maps, in the office of the County Recorder of said County. For the purpose of paying obligations secured by said Deed of Trust, including fees, charges and expenses of the Trustee, advances, if any, under the terms of said Deed of Trust, interest thereon and $711.89 in unpaid principal of the note secured by said Deed of Trust with interest from January 5, 1960, at 10% per annum as said note and by law provided.

Crawford; sister Mrs. Bernice Arnold; Mr. Crawford was born in South Dakota and came to Anaheim in 1923. He was a World War II Navy veteran.
