Gay, vice president and manager of the bank's Anaheim branch where Gee has been a junior lending officer since 1957. He joined the bank in Norwalk, three years earlier. Gee was born and raised in Spokane, Washington. After coming to California, he attended Compton Colleger and the American Institute of Banking. During World War II, he served with the Navy in the South Pacific.
