One of favorites is Top Sirloin Beef Cheetah... pieces of tender Sirloin button mushrooms and bacon broiled on a skewer and served with oven browned rice sauce Bordelaise. Really neat! They also serve luscious cheeses daily. A different special every day, plus salads and twiches. One of my favorite twiches is the Monte Cristo—cker, turkey, ham, cheese, dip in egg batter and sauted gold-brown. Really different. The g of Salads is also expertly prepared here—The Caesar. A real scrumptious meal. These people make all their own sauces, sausage, pizza, etc., from recipes brought over from Italy. Stop at TIM-PONE'S. You will be treated royally.
