Council Candidate Coons Member Of Pioneer Anaheim Family Although politicians like to talk about their historic fore-bearers few in Anaheim can match incumbent City Council candidate Rector L. He has lived at 208 E. Broadway since 1912. Coons has been a member of the Anaheim Chamber of Commerce for 14 years and has also served on both the Anaheim Elementary School District and Anaheim Union High School boards and the City Park and Recreation Candidate Dutton Long Time Resident Jack C. Dutton, candidate for Anaheim City Council, has been an Anaheim resident since 1910, having attended both grammar and high schools here. He is married and has one daughter, Jackie, now Mrs. Robert L. Bryant. Commission. He and his wife, Marguerite, have a daughter, Diane Rae. Coons, owner of a construction business founded here 14 years ago, is president of the Anaheim Lions Club, a 10 year member of both Izaak Walton League and Anaheim Elks and is a member of the Anaheim Boosters Club.
