THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF Anaheim DOES ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS. SECTION 1. That Article VIII, Chapter 3, Section $300.2 of the Anaheim Municipal Code be, and the same is hereby amended to read as follows: "SECTION $300.2 UTILITIES DIRECTOR. APPOINTMENT AND DUTIES." "The Utilities Director shall have the management and control of the municipal light and power system of the city, together with the street lighting and fire alarm systems and all appurtenances thereto, subject to the supervision of the Council." "It shall be the duty of the Utilities Director to enforce the provisions of this Chapter. He shall upon behalf of the corporation therein named, and acknowledged to me that such corporation executed the within instrument pursuant to its by-laws or a resolution of its board of directors."
