Artist Show Set Sunday Creations on canvas of nearly 100 Anaheim artists, ranging from beginner to professional and in age from 12 to 70, will be seen at the free second annual Art Show in Zion Lutheran Parish Hall on March 6. The informal show is sponsored by Zion Lutheran Art Group which paints each Thursday evening under the instruction of E. A. Math Meet Whiz Kids to Vie For Math Prizes Anaheim math whizzes will join mathematic students from 15 Orange County high schools March 25 to compete in the fourth annual Orange Coast Invitational Mathematics Meet. Barron Knechtel, Arange Coast College math instructor, revealed that team of four students each will compete in solving problems in algebra and plane trigonometry. Preliminary and semifinal contests will be held from 4:30 to 6:30 and then following dinner a dozen finalists will vie for first, second, third and fourth place awards. Individual prizes will be given for proficiency with slide rules, scientific dictionary, mathematics dictionary and math tables. Two Hospitals Set Family Polio Clinics Family polio clinics are scheduled at two local hospitals. The $1 clinics will be held March 16, April 20, May 18, July 20 and Aug. 17 at Anaheim Memorial Hospital and March 18, April 15, May 20, June 17, July 15 and Aug. 19 at Garden Park Hospital. The clinics are jointly sponsored by the Orange County Medical Assn. and the hospitals. Regardless of family size, no family will pay more than $5 and no family will be turned away because of inability to pay, clinic officials said. Medical officials have estimated that less than one-half of Orange County's residents have received the minimum series of three shots necessary for immunization.
