NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the annual meeting of the stockholders of the Anaheim Savings and Loan Association will be held at the office of the Association at Lemon and Center Streets in the City of Anaheim, California, on Monday, the 8th day of February, 1960, at the hour of 7:30 p.m. of said day for the purpose of the election of a Board of Directors for the ensuing year and the transaction of such business as may properly come before such meeting.

ANAHEIM AMENDING ARTICLE X. CHAPTER 2 OF THE ANAHEIM MUNICIPAL CODE RELATING TO THE ESTABLISHMENT OF ZONES IN THE CITY OF ANAHEIM AND THEREIN REGULATING THE USE OF LAND. HEIGHT OF BUILDINGS AND FARD SPACES: ADOPTING A MAP SHOWING THE BOUNDARIES OF SAID ZONES: DEFINING THE TERMS USED FOR ADJUSTMENT, AMENDEMENT AND ENFORCEMENT: PRESCRIBING PENALTIES FOR VIOLATION AND REPEALING ALL SECTIONS OR PARTS OF SECTIONS IN CONDUCT THEREWITH. THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ANAHEIM DOES ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS:
HEREAS, the City Planning Commission of the City of Anaheim did preforestify duly pass and adopt a resolution declaring its intention to change the boundaries of the zone or after repositioning and de-limbing and did fix a time and place in the holding of a public hearing person in the manner and as prescribed in Article IX. Chapter 2 of the Anaheim Municipal Code and did conduct said public hearings consider such proposed change of value or zones, and did receive evidence and reports from persons interested therein, and did recommend a change or changes of zones as set forth in Resolution No. 51—Series 1954 of the City Planning Commission; and did WHEREAS, upon receipt of the request and recommendation of the City Planning Commission, the City Council did fix the 14th day of December, as the time, and the Council member in the City Hall of the City Anaheim as the place, for a public hearing upon said proposed change or changes of zone, and did give notice thereof in the manner and as provided said Article IX. Chapter 2 of the Anaheim Municipal Code and WHEREAS, at the time and place needed for said public hearing the City Council did hold and conduct such public hearing and did give all perils interested therein an opportunity be heard and did receive evidence and did thereupon confer the recommendations of the City Planning Commission, and did thereupon adopt Resolution No. 2593, finder and determining that change changes of zone should be made within this said resolution, and neither adopted Resolution Nos. 4 and 4327 in said proceeding NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ANAHEIM DOES ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS:
SECTION 1.
That Article IX. Chapter 2 of the Anaheim Municipal Code "establish- zones in the City of Anaheim and regulate the use of land, right of buildings and yards space- mapping showing the bound- of said zone; defining the terms in said Article and Chapter; pro- ging for amendment and enforce-
HURST STREET IN THE CITY OF ANAHEIM AS COUNTY HIGHWAYS.
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ANAHEIM COUNTY OF ORANGE, STATE OF CALIFORNIA, DOES HEREBY ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS:
SECTION 1.
Under the authority of Section 1700, Article 2, Chapter 8, Division 2 of the California Streets and Highways Code, State of California, the Board of Supervisors of the County of Orange has declared, by resolution, Katella Avenue, 200 feet east to 200 feet west of the intersection of Brookhurst Street and Katella Avenue, and Brookhurst Street, 200 feet north of the intersection of Brookhurst Street and Katella Avenue to the south City Limits, in the City of Anaheim, County of Orange State of California to be County Highway Street, 200 feet north of the intersection of Brookhurst Street and Katella Avenue, and Brookhurst Street, 200 feet north of the intersection of Brookhurst Street and Katella Avenue to the south City Limits, shall become County Highways with respect to their construction, maintenance, improvement and repair.
SECTION 2.
Under the authority of Section 1701, Article 3, Chapter 9, Division 2 of the Streets and Highways Code, State of California, by this Ordinance the City of Anaheim, County of Orange, State of California does hereby consent that these highways, namely, Kutella Avenue, 200 feet east to 200 feet west of the intersection of Brookhurst Street and Katella Avenue, and Brookhurst Street, 200 feet north of the intersection of Brookhurst Street and Katella Avenue to the south City Limits, shall become County Highways with respect to their construction, maintenance, improvement and repair.
SECTION 3.
The consent granted by Section 2 of this Ordinance shall remain in effect until the County of Orange under the authority of Section 1704, Article 3, Chapter 9, Division 2 of the Streets and Highways Code, State of California shall by resolution permit its jurisdiction over said streets at which time said streets will again revert to the jurisdiction of the City.
SECTION 4.
The City Clerk shall certify to the passage of this Ordinance and shall cause the same to be published once within fifteen (15) days after its adoption, in the Anaheim-Gazette, a newspaper of general circulation, printed, published, and circulated in said City and thirty (30) days from and after it was adopted. It shall take effect and be in full force.
