NOTICE OF SALE OF UNCLAIMED PROPERTY AT Auction BY THE POLICE DEPARTMENT OF THE CITY OF ANAHEIM.
WHEREAS, has been in possession of the Police Department of the City of Anaheim for a period in excess of six (6) months; and WHEREAS, none of said property has been claimed by the owner thereon.
NOW, THEREFORE, TAKE NOTICE that the property hereinafter described will be sold at public auction to the highest bidder at 10:00 o'clock A.M. on Tuesday, the 5th day of December, 1959, at the side door.
ANAHEIM Municipal Code "establishing and regulating the use of land, height of buildings and yard spaces, adopting a map showing the boundaries of said lots; designing the terms for violation and repealing all sections or parts of sections in conflict therewith"; be, and the same is hereby amended by changing the boundaries of the zones set forth in said article by adopting a sectional Zoning Map such change or changes as follows:
That all of the area situated in the City of Anaheim, County of Orange State of California, described as follows, to wit:
The North 2 acres of the South 4 acres of the Southeast quarter of the Northwest quarter of the Northeast quarter of the West quarter of the Range 10 West, in the Rancho Los Coyotes, as shown on a map thereof recorded in Book 51, Page 10, of Miscellaneous Maps. Record of Orange County, California.
EXCEPTING THEREFROM the West 107.55 feet of that portion lying North of the South 30 feet thereof.
ALSO EXCEPTING THEREFROM the East 220 feet thereof.
now is R-A. RESIDENTIAL-AGRICULTURAL ZONE, and that it be replaced with another property place of record standard City of Anaheim R-3 Deed Restrictions, approved by the City Attorney.
2. That Calipa Avenue be extended from Mohawk Avenue to and across the subject property, terminating in a cul-de-sac at the easterly end of the extension.
4. That all engineering requirements of the City of Anaheim such as gutters sidewalks, street grading and paving, drainage facilities or other pertinent work be compiled with as required by the City Engineer and in accordance with standard plans and specifications on file in the office of the City Engineer along Mohican Avenue and along Calipa Avenue from Mohawk.

ORDERINATION NO. 1419
AN ORDINATION OF THE CITY OF ANAHEIM AMENDING AUTHORIX CHAPTER II OF THE ANAHEIM MUNICIPAL CODE RELATING TO THE ESTABLISHMENT OF ZONES IN THE CITY OF ANAHEIM LAND USE AND LAND HEIGHT OF BUILDINGS AND YARD SPACES; ADOPTING A MAP SHOWING THE BOUNDARIES.

STATE OF CALIFORNIA COUNTY OF ORANGE CITY OF ANAHEIM
That all building permit is issued for the property owned by Mrs.H.S.Currie, there shall be held and paid for construction purposes, and all engineering requirements on the Catala Avenue extension along her property, such as curbs and gutters, sidewalks, street grading and paving, drainage facilities on file in the office of the City Engineer. There shall be paid for sum of $389 per dwelling unit, then a time permitted is granted, as mentioned in Condition No.7 above.
SECTION II.
The City Zoning Map shall be, and the same is hereby amended, and the property above described shall be excised from its current location and incorporated in and made a part of the zone or zones as above set forth, and said City Zoning Map as amended is hereby adopted and the City Engineer is hereby directed to prepare a sectional zoning map for use on City Zoning Map and inserted in Municipal Code showing the changes hereby approved and adopted.
SECTION III.
The City Clerk shall certify to the passage of this Ordinance and shall be printed once within fifteen (15) days after its final passage it shall take effect and be in full force.
THE CLEARANCE IS APPROVED AND SIGNED BE ME THIS 4TH DAY OF November, 1958.

AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF ANAHEIM AMENDING ARTICLE IX, CHAPTER 2 OF THE ANAHEIM MUNICIPAL CODE RELATING TO THE CITY OF ANAHEIM AND THEREIN REGULATING THE USE OF LAND, HEIGHT OF BUILDINGS AND YARD SPACES; ADOPTING A MAP SHOWING THE BOUNDARIES OF SAID ZONES; DEFINING THE TERMS PROVIDED FOR ADJUSTMENT AND ENFORCEMENT; PRESCRIBING PENALTIES FOR VIOLATION AND REPEALING OF ALL SECTIONS IN CONFLICT THEREWITH.
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ANAHEIM DOES ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS:
WHEREAS, the City Planning Commission of the City of Anaheim did heretofore duly pass and adopt a resolution declaring its intention to change the boundaries of the zone or zones hereafter mentioned and described and did recommend for the holding of a public hearing thereon in the manner and as prescribed in Article IX: Chapter 2 of the Anaheim Municipal Code and did duly hold and conduct said public hearing to consider such proposed change of zone or zones, and did receive evidence and respond persons interested therein and did recommend a change or change of zone as set forth in Resolution No. 57—Series 1958-60 of the City Planning Commission; and
WHEREAS, upon receipt of the report and recommendation of the City Council did fix the Zone of Anaheim and did hold it for the holding of a public hearing upon said proposed change or changes of zone, and did give notice thereof in the manner and as provided in Article IX, Chapter 2 of the Anaheim Municipal Code and did determine that a change or changes of zone should be made as set forth in said resolution(s).
NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ANAHEIM DOES ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS:

SEWER IMPROVEMENT, JOB NO. 117, together with the name and address added to the contract, contained check or bond shall be given as a guarantee that the bidder will enter into a contract, if awarded to him, and will be declared forfeited if the successful bidder refuses to enter into said contract after being requested to do so by the contractor contract shall be entered into within fifteen (15) days after receipt by said contractor of notice of the awarding of the contract, unless such time is extended by the City of Anaheim.
Bid must specify the name and location of the mill shop or of each subcontractor who will perform work or labor or render services to the contractor in or about one construction of the work or improvement and the portion of work which will be done by each subcontractor. If any bid is approved to specify a subcontractor, such contractor submitting such bid agrees to perform the work himself.
The successful bidder will be required to furnish a faithful performance bond in an amount equal to 5% of the contract price and an material bond in an amount equal to 100% of the contract price, said bonds to be secured from a creditor to the City Council of the City of Anaheim and shall be approved by the City Attorney as to form and sufficiency before acceptance.
Plans and specifications may be obtained from the City Engineer or the City Clerk of the City at the City Hall, Anaheim California for the sum of Five Dollars ($45.00), if picked up at said offices, or the sum of Six dollars ($60.00) if forwarded by mail.
The successful bidder will be required to continuously maintain adequate protection of all his work and adjacent property from damage arising out of the performance of his job or from public liability insurance in an amount not less than $100,000.00 for injuries including accidental death of any one person, $300,000.00 on account of any one accident, and property damage insurance in an amount not less than $60,000.00, and public liability insurance to cover vehicles in an amount not less than $450,000.00 or injuries to any one person or $100,000.00 for any one accident, and property damage in an amount not less than $150,000.00. Compensation and employer liability insurance shall be maintained during the life of the contract for injury to any one person or any accident.
The contractor shall be responsible that all employees of subcontractors are protected by such insurance. Such insurance shall be furnished by companies satisfactory to the City and subject to the approval of the City Attorney as to form and sufficiency.
The successful bidder and any subcontractor and contractors employed by him in the performance of said work or any work will be required to use only such manufactured articles, materials and supplies as have been mined or produced in the United States, and only such manufactured articles, materials and supplies as have been mined or produced in the United States manufactured in the United States materials and supplies from articles, materials and supplies produced or manufactured, as case may be. In the United States pursuant to the provisions of Section 4300 to 4305, both inclusive, of the Government Code of the State of California.
Traffic is regulated by sections 4320 and 4321 of the Government Code of the State of California price, fitness and quality below the successful bidder and any subcontractors or contractors employed by him to do any part of the work on the above described public works necessary to construct and compute in a good and workmanlike manner, in strict accordance with the regulations set forth in Article IX, Chapter 2 by adopting a sectional Zoning Map or maps showing such change or changes as follows.

Any other classification omitted beyond less than 3.58 plus fringe labor costs as set forth in the Southern California Master Labor Agreement.
Health and Welfare payments shall be made in accordance with the Southern California Master Labor Agreement.
Apprentices may be employed in conformity with Section 1771.5 of the California Code of Laws.
The rates of petroleum wages for each of the various classifications of work shall be the hereinbefore set forth prevailing rates of hourly wages multiplied by eight. Eight hours shall constitute a day's work if being understood that in the event that workers are employed less than eight hours per day the petroleum wage shall be that traction oil is required established that the number of hours an employee bears to eight hours.
The overtime rule establishes the rates of overtime and holiday work in accordance with the following: Where a single shift is worked, eight hours of continuous employment, except for lunch periods, shall constitute a day's work on加班 and continuing through Friday except weekends.
Where work is required in excess of eight hours, all supplies have been mined or produced in United States, and only such manufactured articles, materials and supplies as have been manufactured in the United States substantially all from articles, materials and supplies mined produced or manufactured, as the case may be, in the United States pursuant to the provisions of Section 300 to 4305, both inclusive, or the Government Code of the State of California.
Pursuant to the provisions of Sections 4320 and 4321 of the Government Code of the State of California and price, fitness and quality belong, the successful bidder and any subcontractors or contractors employed by him to do any part of the above described public improvement or to supply goods grown or produced in the State of California and next to prefer supplies partially grown, manufactured or produced in the State of California.
Each bid shall be accompanied by a non-collusion Affidavit, copies or may be obtained from the City Clerk.
The successful bidder or bidder shall be required to enter into a contract with the City of Anaheim in the manner and form approved by the City Attorney of the City of Anaheim.
The City Council reserves the right to reject any and all bids or to ask any informality to the extent permitted by law, and reserves the further right to make award to the lowest responsible bidder found and determined to serve the two interests of the City of Anaheim.

ORDINANCE NO. 1420
AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF ANAHEIM AMENDING ARTICLE I IN SECTION II OF THE ANAHEIM MUNICIPAL CODE RELATING TO THE EXISTENCE OF ZONES IN THE CITY OF ANAHEIM AND THEREIN REGULATING THE USE OF LAND, HEIGHT OF BUILDINGS AND YARD SPACES; ADOPTING A MANSHY SHOWING THE BOUNDARIES OF SAID ZONES; DEFINING THE TERMS USED IN PROVIDING FOR ADJUSTMENT AMENDMENT AND ENFORCEMENT; PRESCRIBING PENALTIES FOR VIOLATION AND REPEALING OF ALL SECTIONS OR SECTIONS IN CONFECTION WITH THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ANAHEIM DOES ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS;
WHEREAS, the City Planning Commission of the City of Anaheim did heretofore duly pass and adopt a resolution declaring its intention to change the boundaries of the zone or zones hereinafter mentioned and devised property shall not be constructed within a minimum of 6 feet from the center line of Harbor Boulevard for street lighting purposes.
That the owner of subject property shall pay to the City of Anaheim the sum of $2.00 per front foot on Harbor Boulevard for street lighting purposes.
That the owner of subject property place of record standard City of Anaheim C-3 Deed Restrictions, which restrict shall limit the C-3 uses of the property to boat and outboard motor sales and services, or any C-2 use.
SECTION 2.
The City Zoning Map shall be, and the same is hereby amended, and the property above described shall be included from the zone in which it is now situated, and incorporated in and made a part of the zone or zones as above set forth, and said City Zoning Map as amended is hereby adopted and the City Engineer is hereby directed to prepare a section zoning map to be prepared in the City Zoning Map and inserted in the Municipal Code showing the changes hereby approved and adopted.
SECTION 3.
The City Clerk shall certify to the passage of this Ordinance and shall cause within fifteen (15) days after its adoption, in the Anaheim Gazette, a newspaper or general circulation, printed published and circulated said City and thirty (30) days from after its final passage it shall take effect and be in full force.
