Anaheim Gazette, Dec. 4, 1959) 12-7 ORDINANCE NO. 1420 AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF ANAHEIM AMENDING ARTICLE I IN SECTION II OF THE ANAHEIM MUNICIPAL CODE RELATING TO THE EXISTENCE OF ZONES IN THE CITY OF ANAHEIM AND THEREIN REGULATING THE USE OF LAND, HEIGHT OF BUILDINGS AND YARD SPACES; ADOPTING A MANSHY SHOWING THE BOUNDARIES OF SAID ZONES; DEFINING THE TERMS USED IN PROVIDING FOR ADJUSTMENT AMENDMENT AND ENFORCEMENT; PRESCRIBING PENALTIES FOR VIOLATION AND REPEALING OF ALL SECTIONS OR SECTIONS IN CONFECTION WITH THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ANAHEIM DOES ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS; WHEREAS, the City Planning Commission of the City of Anaheim did heretofore duly pass and adopt a resolution declaring its intention to change the boundaries of the zone or zones hereinafter mentioned and devised property shall not be constructed within a minimum of 6 feet from the center line of Harbor Boulevard for street lighting purposes.
