A 2 per cent stock dividend on the outstanding common stock, payable on Dec. 30 to holders of record of Dec. 10, has been declared by the Board of Directors, Robertshaw-Fulton Control Company. Sealed proposals shall be submitted in sealed envelopes and marked in the upper left hand corner of "Sealed proposals for construction of HEINFORMS CONSTRUCTION IN THE CITY YARD, JOB NO. 448-B," with the name and address of the bidder. The above mentioned check or bond shall be given as a guarantee that the bidder will enter into a contract, if awarded to him, and will be declared losted if the successful bidder fails to execute all required conditions after being requested to do so by the City of Anaheim, such contract shall be entered into within fifteen (15) days after receipt by said contractor of notice of the awarding of the contract, unless such time is extended by the City of Anaheim. Each bid must specify the name and location of the mill shop or office of each subcontractor who will perform work on the contract in or about the construction of the work of improvement, and the portion of the work which will be done by each subcontractor, if any bid submitted tails to specify a subcontractor, as advised, the contractor submitting such agrees to perform the work himself. The successful bidder will be required to furnish a faithful performance bond in an amount equal to 10% of the contract price, labor and materials bond with amount equal to the contract price, bonds to be secured from a surety or bonding company satisfactory to the City Council of the City of Anaheim and shall be approved by the City Attorney as to form and sufficiency before acceptance.
