500 City County Officers to Attend Water Meeting Orange County's first comprehensive symposium on water now being planned by the Orange County Water Works Group for Dec. 2 at Disneyland Hotel, is expected to attract more than 500 city and county officials. Walter Blume of the OCWWG, says invitations are being mailed early in an effort to obtain county area participation in the symposium which will deal with important phases of the water problem confronting 21 cities and the county.
