LEGAL NOTICE (Pub. Anaheim Gazette, Aug. 20 & 27, 1969) LEGAL NOTICE Pursuant to the provisions of Section 50560 of the Government Code of the State of California, the Treasurer of the City of Anaheim hereby gives notice that the Depositor's Trust Fund of the City of Anaheim contains the following amounts in the names of the following people, which sums have remained in said fund for 10 years or longer. The money contained in said fund will become the property of the City of Anaheim on October 7th, 1969 unless a verified complaint is properly filed and served upon the Treasurer of the City of Anaheim seeking to recover all or a designated part of the money in said fund, prior to the above date. and did receive evidence and reports, and did thereupon consider the recommendations of the City Planning Commission, and did adopt Resolutions Nos. 5028, 5093, and 6094, finding and determining that change or changes of zone should be made as set forth in said resolution. NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ANAHEIM DOES ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS: SECTION 1. That Article IX, Chapter 2 of the Anaheim Municipal Code "establishing zones in the City of Anaheim and therein regulating the use of land, height of buildings and yard spaces; adopting a map showing the state of zone; defining the terms used in said Article and Chapter; providing for amendment and enforcement thereof; prescribing penalties for violation and repealing all sections or parts of sections in conjunction with the State of California, described as follows, to wit: Lot 5 of Tract No. 2637, as shown on a Map recorded in Book 80, pages 1 and 2 of Miscellaneous Maps records of Orange County, California is Zone R-1, SINGLE FAMILY RESIDENTIAL, and that it be changed to and incorporated in C-1 NEIGHBORHOOD COMMERCIAL ZONE, upon the following conditions: 1. That the building to be erected in this property is constructed essentially in accordance with renderings or plans presented to the City Council and on file with the City of Anaheim. 2. That improved off-street parking be provided as shown on the plot plan submitted by the City Council on file with the City of Anaheim. 3.
