IN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF ANAHEIM AMENDING ARTICLE X CHAPTER 2 OF THE ANAHEIM MUNICIPAL CODE RELATING TO THE ESTABLISHMENT OF ZONES IN THE CITY OF ANAHEIM AND THEREFORE PLANNING A HEIGHT OF BUILDINGS AND YARD SPACES; ADOPTING A MAP SHOWING THE BOUNDARIES OF SAID ZONES; DEFINING THE TERMS USED THEREIN; PROVIDING FOR ADJUSTMENT, AMENDMENTS, PRESCRIBING PENALTIES FOR VIOLATION AND REPEALING ALL SECTIONS OR PARTS OF SECTIONS IN CONFLICT THEREWITH.
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ANAHEIM DOES ORDAIN APPLICATION.
WHEREAS, the City Planning Commission of the City of Anaheim did heretofore duly pass and adopt a resolution declaring its intention to change the boundaries of the zone or zones hereinafter mentioned and described and did at a time recommend a change or changes of zones as set forth in Resolution No. 176-Series 1958-59 of the City Planning Commission; and
WHEREAS, upon receipt of the report and recommendation of the City Planning Commission, the City Council did fix the 7th day of April, 1958, as the time, and the Council Chamber in the City Hall of the City of Anaheim as the place, for a public hearing upon said proposed change or changes of zone, and did give hotline information in the manner provided in said Article IX, Chapter 2 of the Anaheim Municipal Code; and
WHEREAS, at the time and place fixed for said public hearing the City Council did hold and conduct public hearing on said proposed change or changes of zone, and did give hotline information in the manner provided in said Article IX, Chapter 2 of the Anaheim Municipal Code; and did thereupon consider the recommendations, of the City Planning Commission, and did thereupon adopt Resolution No. 5135, finding and determining that a change or changes of zone should be made as set forth in said resolution.
NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ANAHEIM DOES ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS:
SECTION 1.
That Article IX, Chapter 2 of the Anaheim Municipal Code "establishing zones in the City of Anaheim and yard spaces; adopting a map showing the boundaries of said zone; defining the character of the area; providing for amendment and enforcement thereof; prescribing penalties for violation and repealing all sections or parts of sections in conflict therewith"; be, and the same hereby, amended by changing the boundaries of the zones set forth in said Article IX, Chapter 2 by adopting a sectional Zoning Map or Maps showing such change or changes as follows.
That all of the area situated in the City of Anaheim, County of Orange, State of California, described as follows, to wit:
SECTION 2.
PROVIDING FOR ADJUSTMENT, AMENDMENT AND PRESCRIBING PENALTIES FOR VIOLATION AND REPEALING ALL SECTIONS OR PARTS OF SECTIONS IN CONFLICT THEREWITH.
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ANAHEIM DOES ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS:
WHEREAS, the City Planning Commission of the City of Anaheim did heretofore duly pass and adopt a resolution declaring its intention to change the boundaries of the zone or zones hereinafter mentioned and described and did fix a time and place for holding a public hearing therein in the manner as prescribed in Article IX, Chapter 2 of the Anaheim Municipal Code and did duty hold and conduct public hearing to consider such proposed change of zone or zones, and did receive reports from persons interested therein, and did recommend a change or changes of zones as set forth in Resolution No. 176-Series 1958-59 of the City Planning Commission; and
WHEREAS, upon receipt of the report and recommendation of the City Planning Commission, the City Council did fix the 7th day of April, 1958, as the time, and the Council Chamber in the City Hall of the City of Anaheim as the place, for a public hearing upon said proposed change or changes of zone, and did give notice thereof in the manner and as prescribed in said Article IX, Chapter 2 of the Anaheim Municipal Code; and
WHEREAS, at the time and place fixed for said public hearing the City Council did hold and conduct public hearing upon said proposed change or changes of zone, and did give notice thereof in the manner and as prescribed in said Article IX, Chapter 2 of the Anaheim Municipal Code; and did thereupon consider the recommendations, of the City Planning Commission, and did thereupon adopt Resolution No. 5135, finding and determining that a change or changes of zone should be made as set forth in said resolution.
NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ANAHEIM DOES ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS:
SECTION 1.
That Article IX, Chapter 2 of the Anaheim Municipal Code "establishing zones in the City of Anaheim and yard spaces; adopting a map showing the boundaries of said zone; defining the character of the area; providing for amendment and enforcement thereof; prescribing penalties for violation and repealing all sections or parts of sections in conflict therewith"; be, and the same hereby, amended by changing the boundaries of the zones set forth in said Article IX, Chapter 2 by adopting a sectional Zoning Map or Maps showing such change or changes as follows.
That all of the area situated in the City of Anaheim, County of Orange, State of California, described as follows, to wit:

WHEREAS at the time and place first the public hearing the Council did hold and conduct public hearing and did give evidence and reports, and did thereupon consider the recommendations of the City Planning Commission, and did thereupon adopt Resolution No. 1538, including a change of zone to be made as set forth in said resolution.
NOW. THEREFORE THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ANAHEIM DOES ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS:
SECTION 1:
That Article IX, Chapter 2 of the Anaheim Municipal Code "establishing zones in the City of Anaheim and therein regulating the use of land, height of buildings and ward boundaries of said zone, defining the terms used in said Article and Chapter; providing for amendment and enforcement thereof; prescribing penalties for violation and repealing all sections of section 104 of Article IX, Chapter 2 by adopting a sectional zoning Map or Maps showing such change or changes as follows.
That all of the area situated in the City of Anaheim, County of Orange, State of California, described as follows, to wit:
The Northerly 309 feet of the Westerly 80 feet of the Northeast quarter of Northwest quarter of Section 14, Township 4 South, Range 11 West, R. B. B. & M., except the Northern 66 feet thereof.
Now is ZONE R-A RESIDENTIAL AGRICULTURAL ONE, and that it be changed to and incorporated in C-1 NEighborhood - Commercial Zone, upon the following conditions:
1. That street improvement plans are prepared and implemented according with State Highway Department requirements, or that satisfactory evidence be furnished the City Engineer to effect that such requirements will be compiled with the owner of subject property pay to the City Engineer the sum of $2 per foot for street lighting purposes.
2. That all buildings erected on subject property be constructed in accordance with the plans presented to the City Council on file with the City of Anaheim.
3. That the building line set back be a minimum of 35 feet from the property line.
4. That the owner of subject property place of record standard City of Anaheim C-1 Deed Restrictions, approved by the City Attorney.
SECTION 2:
The City Zoning Map shall be and the same is hereby amended and incorporated in and made a part of the zone or zones as above set forth, and said City Zoning Map as amended is hereby adopted and the City Engineer is hereby direct to prepare sectional zoning map to be added to the City Zoning map and inserted in the Anaheim Municipal Code showing the changes hereby approved and adopted.
SECTION 3:
The City Zoning Map certify to the passage of this Ordinance and shall cause the same to be printed once within fifteen (15) days after its adoption, in the Anaheim Gazette, a newspaper of general circulation, printed, published and circulated in said city (30) days after its final passage it shall take effect and be in full force.
THE FOREGOING ORDINANCE is approved and signed by me this 14th day of July, 1958.

NOW. THEREFORE THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ANAHEIM DOES ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS:
SECTION 1:
That Article IX, Chapter 2 of the Anaheim Municipal Code "establishing zones in the City of Anaheim and therein regulating the use of land, height of buildings and ward boundaries of said zone, defining the terms used in said Article and Chapter; providing for amendment and enforcement thereof; prescribing penalties for violation and repealing all sections of section 104 of Article IX, Chapter 2 by adopting a sectional Zoning Map or Maps showing such change or changes as follows.
That all of the area situated in the City of Anaheim, County of Orange, State of California, described as follows, to wit:
The Northerly 309 feet of the Westerly 80 feet of the Northeast quarter of Northwest quarter of Section 14, Township 4 South, Range 11 West, R. B. B. & M., except the Northern 66 feet thereof.
now is ZONE R-A RESIDENTIAL AGRICULTURAL ONE, and that it be changed to and incorporated in C-1 NEighborhood - Commercial Zone, upon the following conditions:
1. That street improvement plans are prepared and implemented with State Highway Department requirements, or that satisfactory evidence be furnished the City Engineer to effect that such requirements will be compiled with the owner of subject property pay to the City Engineer the sum of $2 per foot for street lighting purposes.
2. That all buildings erected on subject property be constructed in accordance with the plans presented to the City Council on file with the City of Anaheim.
3. That the building line set back be a minimum of 35 feet from the property line.
4. That the owner of subject property place of record standard City of Anaheim C-1 Deed Restrictions, approved by the City Attorney.
SECTION 2:
The City Zoning Map shall be and the same is hereby amended and incorporated in and made a part of the zone or zones as above set forth, and said City Zoning Map as amended is hereby adopted and the City Engineer is hereby direct to prepare sectional zoning map to be added to the City Zoning map and inserted in the Anaheim Municipal Code showing the changes hereby approved and adopted.
SECTION 3:
The City Zoning Map certify to the passage of this Ordinance and shall cause the same to be printed once within fifteen (15) days after its adoption, in the Anaheim Gazette, a newspaper of general circulation, printed, published and circulated in said city (30) days after its final passage it shall take effect and be in full force.

AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF ANAHEIM AMENDING ARTICLE V. CHAPTER 2. SECTION 5210.7 AND ARTICLE VII. CHAPTER 5. SECTION 5501.0 OF THE ANAHEIM MUNICipal CODE, RELATING TO THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ANAHEIM DOES ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS:
SECTION 1:
That Article VI. Chapter 2, Section 5210.7 of the Anaheim Municipal Code be, and the same is hereby amended to read as follows:
"For the collection, removal and disposal of rubbish and/or waste materials from commercial and industrial areas where such names are of residence are as follows:
CLASS I.
For three times a week collection for 50 gallons or less of rubbish and waste material; the sum two dollars per hour plus Two dollars per Cents ($2.50) per month for each additional 50 gallons of rubbish and/or waste material.
CLASS II.
For once a week collection for 50 gallons or less of rubbish and waste material; the sum four dollars ($4.00) per month plus Four dollars ($4.00) per month for each additional 50 gallons of rubbish and/or waste material.
CLASS III.
For once a week collection for 50 gallons or less of rubbish and waste material; the sum five dollars ($5.00) per cubic yard.
CLASS IV.
For collection, removal and disposal of rubbish and/or waste materials from industrial establishments with such materials to be removed and disposed of."

AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF ANAHEIM AMENDING ARTICLE VII, CHAPTER 4, SECTION 7400.14 OF THE ANAHEIM MUNICIPAL CODE RELATING PUBLIC URBAN DEVELOPMENT
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ANAHEIM DOES ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS:
SECTION 1.
That Article VII, Chapter 4, Section 10 of the Anaheim Municipal Code be amended to read as follows:
SECTION 7400.14 ADVANCE DEPOSIT.
(a) Commercial and Industrial Consumers' Accounting Division of the Finance Department shall require each commercial and industrial consumer, except where the consumer is the legal owner of the real property to be served, to deposit with the City sum of money equal to the probable amount of taxes on the Accounting Officer of two months' bills for the commodity to be supplied by such service. A guarantee of the account by the property owner of the property to be served will be required in cash deposit.
(b) Receiptable or cash deposit.
(Except as hereinafter provided, the Accounting Division of the Finance Department shall require each residential consumer to deposit with the City sum of money equal to the probable amount of taxes on the Accounting Officer of two months' bills for the commodity to be supplied by such service. A guarantee of the account by the property owner of the property to be served will be required in cash deposit.
(c) Receiptable or cash deposit.
(Except as hereinafter provided, the Accounting Division of the Finance Department shall require each residential consumer to deposit with the City sum of money equal to the probable amount of taxes on the Accounting Officer of two months' bills for the commodity to be supplied by such service. (Except as hereinafter provided, the Accounting Division of the Finance Department shall require each residential consumer to deposit with the City sum of money equal to the probable amount of taxes on the Accounting Officer of two months' bills for the commodity to be supplied by such service. A guarantee of the account by the property owner ofthe property to be served will be required in cash deposit.

CITY COUNCIL OF THE ANAHEIM DOES ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS:
Article V. Chapter 2, Section of the Anaheim Municipal Code that is hereby amended as follows:
N 210.7 collection, removal and disruption and/or waste material within the City of Anaheim for the following charges shall for the following services:
