Drama Chairman Lee Ford presented a sophomore drama award to Mary Sullivan of Anaheim and a freshman award to Larry Keith of Santa Ana. El Don Editor Maxine Harris and Associate Editor Earle Truix of Santa Ana received journalism keys from Adviser Carl Venstrom. Yearbook awards went to Editor Dolores Russell and Associate Editor Bob Matthews. Anaheim Students Receive Degrees Anaheim residents were among students honored at the 43rd annual commencement of Santa Ana College. Allyn Miller, past student president, was awarded the Bert Noble and D. K. Hammond scholarships, and Mary Sullivan was winner of the Ernest Crozier Phillips scholarship. Fricker, Anaheim YMCA president. Largest increase will be among day campers with provisions for over 1,000 boys and girls from 6 through 12 years of age. Buses will pick up and return the youth each day during six scheduled periods. Donald Nielsen, Anaheim educator, and Mrs. Orlo Fast, assistant YMCA girls' secretary, will head the leaders' staff. More than 500 Anaheim youth will travel by bus for periods at Y Camp Osceola in the Barton Flats area above Redlands, according to Fricker. The camp is fully equipped with swim cabins, and other resident facilities. Lee Rogers, former trustee of Anaheim Elementary School District. They said that two previous meetings had been held regarding the need and organization of such a survey and that north and south districts contacted in the county are supporting the plan. Anaheim Resident Pomona Graduate Cynthia Cudney of Anaheim is among 204 candidates for bachelor of arts degrees at Pomona College's 68th commencement in Bridges Auditorium in Claremont, Calif., at 2:30 p.m. Sunday. Miss Cudney, daughter of Mrs. Ralph Sherwin, 903 W. Wilhelmina St., was a 1955 graduate of Santa Ana High School where she belonged to the Honor Society, Teachers' Club, tennis team, Little Theater Guild, orchestra and Concerteens. She has been a psychology major at Pomona College and has been designated as a Pomona Scholar. She has been a president of her dormitory board, a member of the Associated Women Students' board, the junior class council and junior class representative to the judiciary council.
