Land Acquisition For Parks Studied Land acquisition for park and recreation and public utilities is under consideration of the legal and finance committee in continuing discussions aimed at setting priorities for the Citizen's Advisory Committee capital improvement program. Warren Ashleigh keynoted the land acquisition items with the thought that parks were cheaper than juvenile courts. Parks are divided into community and neighborhood types.
